Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange

Further to its announcement of 28 October 2015, Hostelworld Group plc is pleased to announce that its ordinary share capital consisting of 95,570,778 ordinary shares has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, and the secondary listing segment of the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange's Main Securities Market under the ticker "HSW".
