       GOLD FROST EXTENDS ITS EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH ARLA       

Gold Frost (LSE:GLF.L), the designer, developer and distributor of kosher
chilled, frozen and dairy food products, today announces that it has extended
its exclusive and non-transferable right to market and distribute cheese and
butter products by Arla Foods amba ("Arla Foods") and its affiliated companies
in Israel.

The distribution agreement, dated 17 March 2005, has been amended to state that
the agreement is for an initial period of 10 years from March 2005, subject to
identical conditions to those of the original agreement, details of which were
disclosed in the admission document dated 3 March 2006. The agreement
stipulates that it will be renewed automatically for a further period of 5
years ("The 2nd Period"). During The 2nd Period either party may terminate the
agreement by giving the other party ninety days prior written notice.

Arla Foods is a Danish company whose subsidiary, Arla Food UK, is listed on the
Official List.
