On 10 March 2017 GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, announced a loan of GBP15 million secured on a subordinated basis against a portfolio of eight co-living properties and pursuant to which the Company has advanced GBP14.6 million to date.

The Company today announces an increase to this commitment from GBP15 million to GBP19.5 million, which will be funded from the net proceeds of the Company's recent issue of C shares.
