Falanx Group (AIM:FLX), the global intelligence, security and cyber defence provider, announces that on 15 February 2019, Mike Read, CEO and Chairman, acquired 400,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.45 pence per share. Mr Read's resultant interest following these transactions is now 10,403,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.6 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further details of the transaction on 15 February 2019.
