Evolve Capital plc ('Evolve Capital' or the 'Company') 
 
Director Shareholding 
 
Further to the announcement on 19 June 2009, the Company has been notified of 
the completion of a transfer of 1,696,375 ordinary shares in the Company to 
Oliver Vaughan, Chairman of Evolve Capital, in lieu of his shareholding in 
Albany Capital plc ("Albany").  Mr Vaughan now holds 14,963,233 shares in the 
Company, representing approximately 8.85 per cent. of the issued share capital. 
Oliver Vaughan is expected to receive a further 587,645 shares in the Company in 
due course on completion of the reconstruction and winding up of Albany (which 
was approved by shareholders of Albany last month).
