As at the close of business on 31 July 2009, the Company's issued share capital 
consisted of 201,408,575 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1p each with 
voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.Therefore, the 
total number of voting rights in Astaire Group PLC is 201,408,575. 
 
The above figure of 201,408,575 may be used by shareholders in the Company as 
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the 
share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
