Energy  Technique  plc hereby announces the resignation of Mr Kevin A Fallon as a 
non-executive director of the Company with  immediate  effect. 
 
Due to his extensive overseas business interests and commitments, Mr Kevin 
A Fallon feels it is no longer appropriate to remain on the Board. 
 
The  Board  would  like  to  thank Mr Fallon for  his  very  significant 
contribution  to the Company's development over the last four years  and  wishes 
him well for the future.
