Appointment of Administrators and Resignation of Directors
On 24 August 2017, the Company's ordinary shares were suspended
from trading pending clarification of its financial position.
Today, 31 August 2017, the Directors appointed Paul Dumbell and
Jonathan Marston of KPMG LLP as administrators to the Company. Any
