following blocklistings to be admitted to the Official List
upon exercise of options.

820,000 Ordinary 10p shares under the Sharesave Share Option
Scheme and 1,738,750 Ordinary shares under the Long Term Incentive
Plan.

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company.
