("Eastbridge" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity
Eastbridge investments Plc, the investment vehicle focussed on
the property and real estate sector, is pleased to announce that
the Company has raised a total of GBP100,000, through the issue of
11,111,111 new ordinary shares of no par value ("Subscription
Shares"), at a price of 0.9p (the "Subscription"). The funds raised
as part of the Subscription will be used by the Company to pursue
its Investing Policy.
Application has been made for admission of the Subscription
Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange
plc ("AIM") ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take
place and that trading will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 6
August 2015.
Upon Admission, the Company will have a total of 244,533,098
ordinary shares of no par value in issue, of which 51,325,737 are
held in treasury and accordingly the total number of voting rights
in the Company at Admission will be 193,207,361. This number may be
used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of Eastbridge under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
