   The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date 
from 30 December to 31 March. 
 
   If the proposals to appoint a liquidator and commence the winding up of 
the Company are not approved by Shareholders at the general meeting 
scheduled for 8 May 2014, the Company will prepare its next Annual 
Report for the 15 months ended 31 March 2014.
