Chairman purchases shares

On 31 January 2002 Brian Moritz, Chairman of Dimension, purchased 300,000
ordinary shares at a price of 0.5p and a further 100,000 ordinary shares at
0.75p, bringing his interested holding in the Company to 4,697,467 ordinary
shares (4.51% of the issued share capital).
