Dimension places new shares to raise #225,000 for working capital

Dimension Resources Limited ("Dimension") announces that it has allotted
22,500,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at par. The shares are expected to
be admitted to trading on AIM on Friday 2 November.

Of the total shares issued, 20,000,000 have been allotted to Dimension's
brokers, Hoodless Brennan & Partners plc, and the balance to its chairman,
Brian Moritz. This increases the holding of Mr. Moritz to 4,297,467 shares,
representing 4.14% of Dimension's issued share capital.

The resulting shareholdings are as follows after the allotment:

The net proceeds of the issue will be used for working capital, in particular
in connection with the recently announced order from Antolini Luigi & Cie SpA,
one of the leading Italian stone companies, for the supply of "Cape Rainbow"
granite blocks from Dimension's quarry in the Zwartmodder area of Northern
Cape Province, South Africa.

Commenting on the fund raising, Brian Moritz, Dimension's chairman, said "This
is an important stage in the development of Dimension. The quality of our
stone is beginning to be recognised by major stone companies worldwide, and we
are particularly grateful for the continued support of Hoodless Brennan. We
are intent on expanding the portfolio of stones we offer, and hope to be able
to announce progress on this in the near future."

Dimension is a producer of dimension stone, which is used for cladding and
tiling of buildings, operating in Cape Province, South Africa.
