On Friday 7th November Trafficmaster Plc ("Trafficmaster") sold a holding of
56,250,000 shares in Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit") for a cash consideration of
#1,687,500. These shares had been held at a carrying value of #420,000.

Trafficmaster continues to hold warrants for a further 67,017,435 shares in
Cybit, which can be exercised in two stages. The first tranche can be exercised
at a price of 4.5p before 31st December 2004, and the next tranche at 6.5p
before 31st December 2006.

Trafficmaster has a strong strategic partnership with Cybit under which it
provides a range of products and services, including hosting services and the
provision of telematics hardware.
