Result of AGM

Chaintek (AIM: CTEK), the provider of logistics services to manufacturers of consumer goods in China, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders, including approval of the audited financial statements and the final dividend proposed therein, were duly passed.

As previously announced on 30 April 2014, the timetable for the payment of the final dividend, is as set out in the table below:
