ComputerLand UK PLC (the "Company")
Pre Close Trading Update



Trading during the first half of our financial year has been in line with the
Board's expectations and profit before taxation for the six months to 31 October
2006 is expected to be significantly ahead of the corresponding period last
year.  This performance has been driven by strong growth in our Managed Services
business.



Our interim results for the 6 months to 31 October 2006 will be released on 7
December 2006.
