SUBSTANTIAL INTERESTS IN SHARES


The Company has been advised today by Crescent Holding GmbH, Competrol
(Luxembourg) S.a.r.l., Competrol Establishment and Olayan Investments Company
Establishment, collectively known as The Olayan Group that, following the
reduction of the issued share capital to 67,217,556 shares during January 2008,
their beneficial shareholding of 10,099,000 shares now represents 15.02% of the
issued share capital.
