The board of Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 21 February 2007, the
unaudited net asset value of the A Ordinary and B Ordinary shares was
approximately 98.86 pence.


This net asset value does not account for the 1.0p dividend per A and B share
declared on 16 February 2007.  This dividend will be paid on 23 March 2007 to
shareholders on the register as at 2 March 2007.
