Exercise of Warrants

Chromogenex Plc, the advanced medical and aesthetic laser device company
targeting acne, wrinkles and vascular lesions, has been informed that 375,000
warrants for ordinary shares were exercised on 21 September 2006.

Application will be made for the ordinary shares arising from the exercise to be
admitted to trading on AIM on 2 October 2006.
