Appointment of new Group Finance Director and Group IT Director

Cedar Group, the rapidly developing customer relationship and business
solutions group, announces the appointment of Mr. Mike Hosie as Group Finance 
Director.  Mr. Chris Ellis, the Group's current Finance Director, is appointed
to the new position of IT Director, as part of the Group's continued expansion.

Mike Hosie (40) is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience of 
controlling and managing change in fast moving environments.  He has extensive
experience in the Telecoms field including Cellnet where he was Operations 
Director, responsible for Business Development and the establishment and 
management of a bureau based customer administration and billing system, which
was used by Cellnet's largest service providers.  Most recently, Mike was 
Managing Director of RMS Communications Plc.

Chris Ellis, has been appointed Group IT Director with specific responsibility
to facilitate the development and implementation of a Group IT Strategy, 
incorporating business process re-engineering and development of the Group's 
infrastructure requirements.

Mike Harrison, Managing Director, said:

"These are both important appointments for the Group in establishing a 
management team with the knowledge and experience to meet the challenging 
growth plans we have set.  Mike Hosie's strong commercial background and 
experience, particularly of the telecommunications area, will provide an
additional dimension to the team.

"It is also critical to ensure that business processes and IT infrastructure 
appropriate for our future needs are implemented as rapidly as possible. 
Chris Ellis's extensive IT experience combined with a detailed knowledge of the
Group's business will enable us to achieve this."
