COMPUTACENTER PLC

We write to notify the Exchange of the following transactions involving Mr
Philip Hulme's shareholdings of which we received notification on 4 June 1999.

The Worcestor Number 3 Trust, a trust of which Mr Philip Hulme, director and
chairman of Computacenter plc, is a beneficiary has transferred its entire
holding of 4,833,458 Computacenter plc ordinary shares to the Hadley Trust, a
registered charity of which Mr Hulme is a trustee, but not a beneficiary.  The
share transfer took place today as did the following two transactions: The
Hadley Trust has purchased a further 2,000,000 shares in the market and Mr Hulme
has disposed of 2,000,000 shares from his personal holding.

The net effect of the above is that the total of Mr Hulme's beneficial and
non-beneficial holdings in the company remains unchanged.
