The  above  figures  constitute  an  abridged  version  of  the  results   of
Computacenter (UK) Limited for the year.

The  Company s statutory accounts for the year ended 31 December 1998,  which
carry an unqualified audit report, may be obtained from the specified offices
of  the Paying Agents and the registrar or from the Company Secretary at  the
registered  office of the Company, Computacenter House, 93 - 101  Blackfriars
Road, London SE1 8HW.

In  accordance  with condition 6 (8) (b) of the Bond trust  deed,  notice  is
hereby  given that the annual meeting of the holders of Computacenter plc  10
per  cent  bonds  due  2002 will be held at 2.00pm on  12  May  1999  at  the
registered office of the Company.

Computacenter (UK) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Computacenter plc.
