Statement in relation to its offer for Border Television plc

The   Board  of  Scottish  Radio  Holdings  plc  has  noted   the
announcement by Capital Radio plc and Granada Group plc,  and  is
considering its position in relation to the offer it has made for
Border  Television plc.  A further announcement will be  made  in
due course.

Border shareholders are advised to continue to take no action for
the time being.
