Bright Futures Group plc ("the Company") has been advised on 26 February 2007
that Mr Neil Gormley purchased 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 7
February 2007 at 1.3 pence per share, resulting in his and his wife's combined
interest in the Company increasing to 7,201,383 ordinary shares, representing
15.1% of the issued share capital.
