    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 15 July 2008 it has purchased 34,490 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 3.66 per share for a total consideration of EUR 126,185.
    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 895,900 ordinary shares in treasury. 
    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,707,916 (excluding shares held in treasury).
