    Transaction in BDH shares


    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 8 July 2008 it has purchased 19,050 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of EUR 4.49 per share for a total consideration of EUR 85,601.

    As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 798,580 ordinary shares in treasury. 

    The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,805,236 (excluding shares held in treasury).
