Further to the announcement of 1 July 2008, BDH confirms that the extraordinary general meeting to present all remaining resolutions
relating to the annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 will be held on 22 July 2008 at Frederik Roeskestraat 123, 1076 EE,
Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The EGM will commence at 12.00 hours Amsterdam time (CET).

    BDH also confirms the following timetable for the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2007:

    Ex date: 23 July 2008

    Record date: 25 July 2008

    Payment date: 18 August 2008
