    ACQUISITION OF SPM DRINKS SYSTEMS S.r.l.



    BURANI DESIGNER HOLDING ANNOUNCES THE CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF 51% OF EQUITY INTEREST IN SPM DRINK SYSTEMS.

    Burani Designer Holding N.V., (LSE AIM: BRDH) ("BDH" or "the Group"), an integrated Group offering Italian lifestyle products and
services to customers world-wide, today announces the closing of the acquisition, originally communicated on March 26, 2008, of a 51% equity
interest in SPM Drink Systems s.r.l ("SPM" or the "Company"), a company based in Spilamberto (Modena), Italy, active in the design,
production and distribution of hot, cold and frozen beverage distribution machines internationally.

    The acquisition of SPM, the sixth completed by BDH in the past twelve months, will be carried out through the Group's newly established
subsidiary, BDH Food Design s.r.l, whose aim is to extend BDH's reach to include the Italian food and beverage industry by providing top
quality Italian food and beverage products and services, including coffee, chocolate and ice cream, to wholesale and retail customers
world-wide.
