    Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 27 May 2008 it has sold 36,000 ordinary shares in Mariella
Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) at an average price of EUR 16.90 per share for a total consideration of EUR 608,400.
    As a result of this transaction, BDH currently holds 18,255,949 ordinary shares of MBFG, representing 61.04 % of the total outstanding
shares of MBFG.
