                        LIVINGSTON EXPANDS INTO SPAIN
                                      

Brammer, the European industrial services group, today announces that it  has
acquired  the  assets  of the commercial calibration division  of   Tektronix
Espana ("Tektronix").   Tektronix is a leading manufacturer  of  test  and
measurement equipment.

Based in Madrid and consisting of eight employees, the division will become a
part  of Brammer's subsidiary, Livingston, Europe's leading provider of total
electronic equipment management solutions.

Livingston has also won an outsourcing contract to be the Authorised  Service
Provider of calibration and repair services to Tektronix and its customers in
Spain.

For the Livingston group, the acquisition and outsourcing contract provide an
opportunity  to  begin offering its services in the Spanish  market,  further
extending its pan-European reach.


David Hollywood, Chief Executive of Livingston Services, said

"This acquisition in Spain is another crucial step in the expansion of  the
Livingston  group  towards our objective of providing our  customers  with  a
truly  pan-European service.  We are confident that in Spain we can grow  not
only  the  calibration  business but also use the company  as  a  vehicle  to
