Brammer plc's capital consists of 52,948,122 ordinary shares with voting rights 
as at 31 December 2008. There are no such shares held in treasury. 
 
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brammer plc is 52,948,122 as at 
31 December 2008. 
 
 
The above figure (52,948,122) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for 
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
