                     SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM STRENGTHENED

Brammer, the European industrial services group, announces the appointment of
Mr David Hollywood as Chief Executive of its Distribution Division and Mr Mel
Porter  as Chief Executive of Livingston, its electronic equipment management
division.

Mr  Hollywood, currently Chief Executive of Livingston, has been instrumental
in  building Livingston from a #20 million turnover equipment rental business
into  one of Europe s leading electronic equipment management businesses with
a turnover approaching #100 million.  Mr Hollywood has put in place a team of
innovative pan-European Managing Directors who have become a recognised  high
performance  force  within the industry.  He will now  apply  his  management
expertise  and European experience to the Distribution Division, building  on
its  position  as  European  market leader through  acquisition  and  organic
growth.

Mr  Porter  joins  Livingston from the Ocean Group at which he  was  Managing
Director  of  a  number  of  European Logistics Businesses  where  he  gained
valuable   experience  in  logistics  and  outsourcing.   An  instrumentation
engineer  by  training,  Mr Porter also has extensive  experience  of  rental
gained  with  Thorn  EMI and Dial Group.   His technical  skills  and  rental
experience make Mr Porter a perfect fit for the Livingston Group.

The  handover of Livingston s operational responsibilities to Mr  Porter  has
been  completed successfully and ahead of plan.  Mr Hollywood will remain  as
Chairman   of   Livingston,  playing  an  active  role  with   key   customer
relationships and the continued development of the business.
