            Emblaze Appoints Uzi Breier CEO of Emblaze Semiconductor

Israel, Ra'anana, January 26, 2004 - Emblaze Ltd, (LSE: BLZ), announces today
the appointment of Mr. Uzi Brier as the new CEO for the Semiconductor business
unit in Emblaze. Mr. Brier will be replacing Mr. Alon Ironi who has been with
Emblaze for the past two years. Mr. Brier has an extensive experience in the
Semiconductor business working over 8 years in National Semiconductor and over 4
years in Flextronics USA with significant record in management, marketing and
global sales.
