Disclosure of Interest in Relevant Share Capital

In accordance with Section 134 of the Companies Act 1989, the Company confirms
that they have been informed by Brockhampton Holdings Employee Share Ownership
Trust that they have today disposed of 1,156 Ordinary Shares in Brockhampton
Holdings plc.  The Trust's remaining holding amounts to 763,449 Ordinary Shares
which represents 17.89% of the issued shares in that class.

The shares are registered in the name of Brockhampton Trustees Limited.
