John Lewis plc: Director Changes

John Lewis plc today announces that Berangere Michel is to become Finance Director with effect from 1 September 2015, taking over from Rachel Osborne, who is leaving the Partnership.

Patrick Lewis is to become the John Lewis Partnership Group's Finance Director, succeeding Loraine Woodhouse and will join the Board of John Lewis plc on 14 September 2015. Loraine Woodhouse will be stepping down from the Board of John Lewis plc at that time and is to become Finance Director of Waitrose on 5 October 2015.
