PDMRs' Interest in
Shares
As previously disclosed, awards were
granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') on 1 February
2022 ('the Awards'). The Awards vested on 13 February
at 46.145% based on the final assessment of the Award's performance
conditions.
In respect of the settlement of the
Awards and related sales made on 13 February 2025, the table below
shows the number of shares acquired by the PDMRs, the number of
shares sold to satisfy the tax and national insurance/social
security liabilities, and the number of shares retained following
the sales.
