Results of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at the meeting held on 5 March 2014 all resolutions were duly passed by the shareholders.

The Company is now working with its legal advisers to complete the Capital Reduction Scheme, details of which were set out in the Circular issued and distributed to shareholders on 6 February 2014. It is the intention of the Company that as soon as the Capital Reduction Scheme has received court approval and has been validated by the Registrar of Companies, that the second part of the dividend equivalent to 43p per share will be declared and paid.
