PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 3 March 2025 the Company purchased 80,318 Ordinary Shares at a price of 493.5305 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

66,267,030 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

37,897,392 Ordinary shares held in treasury

104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
