On 20 October 2016, the Company purchased in the market 9,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 325.08 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

98,756,465 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

4,299,650 Ordinary shares held in treasury

103,056,115 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
