                     APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


AttentiV is pleased to announce today the appointment of Mike Couzens as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.


Mike brings a wealth of marketing experience having held senior European roles
with both Cisco and Intel.
