                              Exercise of Options

Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that it
has issued and allotted 500,000 ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each at a price of
Euro1.00 per share pursuant to an exercise of options by Pampero Limited
("Pampero"). An application for admission of the shares for trading on AIM will
be submitted shortly. The total number of shares in issue following this
exercise of options is 54,625,000.
