                       Trading update and Return of Cash



The Board of ACMH is pleased to announce that the strong performance in the
first half of 2006 has continued into the second half.


At the time of our interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2006, we
announced that, with the Company's strong performance in the first half of the
year, the Board's continued confidence for the full year and our strong cash
position, it is proposed that the Company will pay a dividend after the audit of
the 2006 results.


In seeking to maximise shareholder value, the Board has considered carefully the
Company's reserves and the cash generative nature of the business and believes
it should return a substantial portion of its cash to shareholders.

The Board has therefore approved the decision to return up to Euro20 million to
shareholders following the audit of its 2006 results. Details of how this will
be done will be communicated to shareholders in due course but it is likely to
take the form of a special dividend (which will also incorporate the final
dividend for the year ended 31 December 2006).


In respect of the year to 31 December 2007 and thereafter, the Board intends to
balance dividend payments with medium-term free cash flow generation and to
maintain a level of dividend cover consistent with a progressive dividend
policy. It is therefore the Board's intention that the Company will maintain a
dividend cover of not less than 2 times pre-exceptional earnings and to weight
interim and final dividends in any year in an approximate ratio of one to two.


It is expected that the 2006 results (including the declaration of the special
dividend) will be announced in March 2007.
