November 2006 from Doyne Investments Limited to Pampero Limited.


Doyne Investments Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of British
Virgin Islands, now holds 6,140,725 ordinary shares representing 11.3% of the
Company's issued share capital. Doyne Investments Limited is owned by First
Tower Trustees Limited as trustee of a trust, of which the potential
beneficiaries include Sean Ewing.


Pampero Limited has undertaken to abide by the lock-in period to which the
shares previously held by Doyne Investments Limited were subject.
