notified that following an acquisition of 30,000 ordinary shares between 
3 November 2006 and 6 November 2006, CSI Asset Management Establishment now 
controls 27,680,055 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 51.1% of the 
ordinary shares in issue.

CSI Asset Management Establishment is a Liechtenstein Anstalt the potential
beneficiaries of which include the wife and children of Florian Homm, ACMH's
Chief Investment Officer.
