Board Update

Dublin-Ireland, 9 May 2019: Malin Corporation plc (Euronext Growth Dublin:MLC), a company investing in highly innovative life sciences companies, announced a board update at its Annual General Meeting held in Dublin today.

In October 2018, Mr. Ian Curley, Chairman of Malin moved into an Executive Chairman role on an interim basis, in order to support the executive management team. Mr. Curley will resume the role as Non-Executive Chairman. As the business progresses towards the previously communicated important milestones and value inflection points, the Company will seek to appoint a new Non-Executive Chairman with healthcare industry experience to further progress the business and Mr. Curley will transition off the board.
