Brazilian telecom operator GVT Holding S.A. (GVTT3.BR) announced late Wednesday that it delisted its shares from the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange, BMFBovespa.

The move came after French media and telecom company Vivendi SA (VIVDY, VIVEF, VIV.FR) acquired full control of GVT, earlier this year.
