Rolls-Royce Group PLC (RR.LN), a global power systems company, said Thursday that it has won an order worth $390 million at list prices from THAI Airways International for Trent 700 engines to power an additional seven Airbus A330 aircraft.

MAIN FACTS:

-The order includes a TotalCare long-term service agreement for the aircraft which will be delivered from 2011.

-Shares at 0845 GMT up 2.50 pence, or 0.4%, at GBP630 pence, valuing the company at GBP11.68 billion.
