HONG KONG--Swire Pacific Ltd. (0019.HK) said after trading hours Wednesday its unit Swire Coca-Cola USA will buy the rights to distribute in Denver, Colorado Springs and Arizona from Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. for US$106 million.

The Hong Kong conglomerate said in an exchange filing the acquisition will expand the company's beverage business in the U.S.
