Peoplesway is pleased to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc. Under the terms of the MOU, a closing date is scheduled for June 25, 2014. 

As previously disclosed, Idea WebCatcher Holdings, Inc. was established to identify and research primarily web- and cloud-based companies, applications and/or projects to incubate and assist operationally. With a number of projects already underway and others in consideration, we are excited about the potential for explosive growth of Idea WebCatcher.
