Dr Kocherginsky, the Reporting Person signing below, owns a 20.965% interest in a Texas registered corporation that owns a controlling interest in the shares of NEXT-ChemX Corporation (CHMX - the reporting Issuer). The indirect beneficial interest of Dr Kocherginsky recorded herein is calculated by multiplying the number of shares of NEXT-ChemX Corporation (CHMX) owned by the Texas registered corporation by the percentage ownership of Dr Kocherginsky in the Texas corporation. This calculation is also supported by an understanding with the other shareholders of the Texas corporation.
